Product Function and Instructions for Use

Sawdust briquettes are a type of solid fuel made from compressed sawdust and natural binders. They are widely used as an eco-friendly and efficient alternative to traditional wood and charcoal in various applications:

  1. Cooking and Grilling:
    * Ideal for barbecues, stoves, and outdoor grills.
    * Produces consistent heat and low smoke.
  2. Household Heating:
    * Used in wood stoves, fireplaces, and heating furnaces.
    * Provides long-lasting, steady warmth with minimal ash.
  3. Industrial Fuel:
    * Suitable for boilers, kilns, and other heat-based industrial systems.
    * Helps reduce dependency on fossil fuels.
  4. Backup Energy Source:
    * Used in rural areas or off-grid locations where electricity or gas is limited.

Lighting Instructions

  • Place sawdust briquettes in a dry, well-ventilated grill, stove, or furnace.
  • Arrange them loosely to allow air to circulate.
  • Place natural firelighters or dry kindling underneath or between the briquettes.
  • Avoid using kerosene, gasoline, or chemical-based starters.
  • Light the fire starter and allow the flame to spread gradually to the briquettes.
  • Allow the briquettes to burn for 10–20 minutes, or until the surface turns grayish white with glowing embers. This means they are ready to use.
  • Spread the briquettes evenly for direct heat or move them to the side for indirect cooking.
  • Add more briquettes if longer burn time is needed.
