History

Mitra Wood Sejahtera was founded in 2016, seeing the large supply of wood raw materials, the company decided to establish Mitra Wood Sejahtera which produces wood charcoal and briquettes. At the beginning of its establishment the company only had one wood burning stove and was assisted by four workers and had one storage warehouse with the company’s rapid development, the company currently has seventy-eight wood-burning stoves in one warehouse.

Because a very significant increase in production causes an accumulation of wood charcoal chips that are not included in the criteria for export wood charcoal, then the company decided to set up a second warehouse to produce charcoal briquettes. By conducting trials for one year, until now the company can produce charcoal briquettes with different qualities so that they are able to produce in large quantities.
